By placing this order, I agree to Timely Hello’s Terms & Conditions.
I understand and accept the following:

  • Mailing Timeline: My letter will be mailed approximately 2 weeks before my selected delivery date. While Timely Hello strives for timely dispatch, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

  • Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once placed.

  • Recipient Information: I am solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact and delivery information for the recipient.

  • Timely Hello is not liable for delivery failures or delays due to:

    • Incorrect or outdated recipient information

    • Recipient refusal, inaccessibility, relocation, or death

    • Mailbox issues (locked, full, or inaccessible)

    • Postal service delays, mishandling, or theft

    • Weather, natural disasters, holidays, strikes, or other major event.

    • Any other circumstances beyond Timely Hello’s control

  • Service Scope: Timely Hello’s responsibility is limited to preparing and mailing the letter. We make no guarantees about recipient response, delivery timing, or outcome.

  • Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
