We will mail your letter approximately two (2) weeks prior to your requested delivery date. This timeline provides a buffer to accommodate standard postal delivery times.

No Guarantee of Delivery Date

While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, Timely Hello does not guarantee delivery on the exact date selected, as timing is ultimately subject to postal operations and external conditions.

Delivery Limitations

Delivery may be delayed or affected by the following:

  • Unreachable Recipients: Despite outreach via phone, text, email, and designated contacts, the recipient may remain unreachable.

  • Incorrect or Incomplete Information: Invalid or outdated address or contact details may prevent delivery.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If the recipient refuses, discards, or declines the letter, the delivery is considered complete.

  • Recipient Status Changes: Relocation or death of the recipient may prevent successful delivery.

  • Environmental Disruptions: Weather emergencies, fires, or other natural events may cause delays.

  • Carrier Issues: We are not liable for losses or mishandling once the letter has been transferred to the postal service or third-party carriers.

  • Mailbox Restrictions: Locked, full, or inaccessible mailboxes may impede delivery.

  • High-Volume & Labor Disruptions: Postal delays may occur during peak seasons, holidays, or strikes.

  • Governmental or Global Events: Delivery may be impacted by regulatory changes, postal suspensions, or other unforeseen global circumstances.
