TIMELY HELLO Inspiration In Honor of Warren Smith
My dad was 60 when he was diagnosed with a glioblastoma brain tumor. Just four months later, in 2009,he went to heaven. He adored my kids, they were only 8, 6, and 4 at the time. The kind of grandpa who got down on the floor to play, who made them laugh just by walking into the room.
Now, my children are 25, 23, and 21. If only he could return for a single day.
I imagine his eyes lighting up at who my children have become. They carry his spirit in ways my children never fully realize.
What if my children could have received a letter from him on their 21st Birthday, When they graduated from college, or when they go married?
How amazing would that be?
I believe letters from loved ones, delivered in the future, will change lives, mend hearts, and allow legacies to live on.
I personally make you a promise. Timely Hello is determined to make this dream come true and deliver each and every letter to your loved ones anytime until the year 2045.
Memories From The Past

How It Started
Two years ago, I found a letter my dad had written to me in the year 1995—long before he got sick. But reading it again took my breath away. At that moment, it felt like he was still here. Like he was showing up for me, across time.
I started to wonder: What if he’d had the chance to write something for my kids? What if they could have heard from him on their 18th birthdays, their weddings or just in a quiet moment of doubt or joy? What if the people we love could still feel our presence years later?
That’s why I created Timely Hello.
Our Mission
At Timely Hello, our mission is to help people preserve love, share wisdom, and offer comfort across time. We make it simple to write and schedule future letters, giving individuals the chance to leave lasting emotional legacies. Messages that mend hearts, celebrate life, and connect generations. We believe that a few heartfelt words, delivered at just the right moment, can change a life forever.
This is for all of us, not just those facing illness or loss, but anyone who wants to make sure their words are heard at the right moment. It’s for moms and dads who want to leave something meaningful for their kids to receive on a special birthday. For grandparents who want to pass on their wisdom, pride, or love to children and grandchildren. For military personnel preparing for deployment who want their families to hear what’s in their heart today, even if it’s read years from now.
You don’t have to know the future to write something now that will matter later.
This isn’t just a company. It’s a promise. That no one should ever have to wonder what they meant to you. Because love, when written down, doesn’t disappear. It waits. It lives on. It arrives at just the right time.
