Choose your timeframe:
- 1–4 Years — for the near future, milestones already on the horizon
- 5–10 Years — for the moments still taking shape
- 11–25 Years — for the ones worth the longest wait
We encourage handwritten letters whenever possible — in a world of typed messages and AI-generated words, your own handwriting is a gift in itself. It's the difference between words that were generated and words that were truly, unmistakably yours.
Ready to send us your letter?
- Write your letter and seal it in your own envelope, addressed to your recipient.
- On the front of the envelope, write your name and return address as the sender.
- On the back, at the bottom, write the date you'd like it delivered (MM/DD/YYYY).
- Place your own Forever Stamp on the envelope — this locks in postage today, no matter how many years pass before it's delivered.
- Fill out one information sheet per letter.
- Place your sealed, stamped envelope(s) and information sheet(s) inside a manila folder, and address the folder to:

- Mail the folder to us using your own postage.
Ordering more than one letter at once? You can mail them all together in a single manila folder — just include one completed information sheet for each letter. If you place a separate order later, that order will need to be mailed separately, in its own envelope and folder.
Once it arrives, we'll confirm by email that your letter(s) have arrived safely — then each one is securely stored until its chosen delivery date. When that date arrives, we verify the recipient's address and send it on its way.
We believe that a few heartfelt words, delivered at just the right moment, can change a life forever.
Refund/Returns
Please note that all purchases are final and non-refundable. If you change your mind after writing a letter and wish to cancel the delivery, we can accommodate this request provided the letter has not yet been sent to the recipient. However, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
Policy for unverifiable address
Timely Hello Policy for Unverifiable Addresses
If we are unable to verify or locate the recipient’s address when the delivery date arrives, we will take the following steps:
✅ 1. Attempt Verification
We will contact the four designated contacts (provided at time of order) via phone, email, and/or text.
We will allow 30 days for any response that may help us locate the intended recipient.
📬 2. Hold the Letter in Vault
If no updated address is provided, the letter will be safely stored in our vault for up to 6 additional months after the original scheduled delivery date.
During this time, you (the sender) or any listed contact may provide updated information.
❌ 3. Final Action After 6 Months
If no address is verified after the 6-month grace period:
We will retire the letter from our vault.
You will be notified at your last known email address that the letter was undeliverable and has been respectfully retired.

Mailing Timeline: My letter will be mailed approximately 2 weeks before my selected delivery date. While Timely Hello strives for timely dispatch, exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

Final Sale Policy: All sales are final. Orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded once placed.

Recipient Information: I am solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date contact and delivery information for the recipient.

Timely Hello is not liable for delivery failures or delays due to:

Incorrect or outdated recipient information

Recipient refusal, inaccessibility, relocation, or death

Mailbox issues (locked, full, or inaccessible)

Postal service delays, mishandling, or theft

Weather, natural disasters, holidays, strikes, or other major event.

Any other circumstances beyond Timely Hello’s control

Service Scope: Timely Hello’s responsibility is limited to preparing and mailing the letter. We make no guarantees about recipient response, delivery timing, or outcome.

Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
